Chiropractic treatment for the entire body and family! Dr. Kelsey can also take care of any extremity concerns (i.e.: knees, shoulders, feet/ankles, etc.) during your visit! This is not your standard visit with a chiropractor; Dr. Kelsey utilizes her background in sports medicine and biomechanics to create efficiency and pain-relief within your musculoskeletal system!

Bryce is a certified athletic trainer (ATC) and works with patients individually in a 1:1 setting. His treatments include lower body and lower back stretching, upper body and neck stretching, cupping, IASTM (scraping), rehabilitation of athletic injuries, etc.

Dr. Kelsey Dobesh DC, ATC, MS

Dr. Kelsey is a chiropractor and certified athletic trainer that has practiced full time in Mitchell, SD for nearly a decade. She teaches at Dakota Wesleyan University, in addition to owning her own practice and working full time. You’ll find a mind-body-soul approach to her care when you become a patient of hers, rather than a quick adjustment. Educating patients on the details and importance of health are one of her favorite things to incorporate into each visit.

A few of her specialties include her Core Complex Rehab Program, which is designed for pelvic floor issues, lower back pain, and/or core weakness. This program was created for post-partum women but everyone can benefit from this care!

She is also an ankle/foot biomechanics expert and helps patients connect their feet to their spine to create a stronger, more stable foundation of support: their feet.
